Onix Foundation is a non-profit education and culture exchange foundation, non-governmental organization that is committed to the promotion and implementation of educational exchanges in Argentina and abroad. The institution is located in downtown Córdoba and was founded in 2005 to promote intercultural learning experiences and bring global cultures together where participants develop new skills and gain a broader perspective on the world.

The mission of Onix Foundation is to transform lives by providing enriching academic and cross-cultural experiences that foster increased self-knowledge, cultural sensitivity and understanding of the global nature of our contemporary world.
Our work consists of organizing, Spanish and Culture Courses,  Latin American Studies, Long-Short Term High School Programs, Clinic Elective, Internships, Volunteering and Customized Academic Programs, as well as offering Spanish courses for foreigners in Argentina who are seeking to discover, live and learn in Argentina.

Business Spanish and Culture Scholarships is designed to help students expand their business vocabulary, immerse themselves linguistically and professionally in a new culture, and gain practical experience on the job. After an intensive session to build vocabulary, conversational skills and intercultural communication of 312 clock hours, students begin an internship of 200/240 clock hours of on-site work.

The Super Intensive Spanish course is designed for students who want to learn Spanish language in as short a time as possible. This course is recommended for serious students who want to make the most of their time abroad to achieve a good language level in Spanish.

The teacher assistant will be responsible for collaborating with teachers to monitor the development of each student. Working under teacher supervision, you will plan and lead activities on a daily basis to motivate students to learn more about the Spanish language.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. The intern will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Duties and responsibilities

-Assessment, Marketing. and Communication

-Develop outreach materials in your native language – Translations

-Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
-Coordinates and implements various recruitment programs and marketing strategies

-Provide administrative support and student recruitment for Onix Foundation Abroad Programs.

-Customer service-focused individual with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to work effectively with students, faculty and staff


-Fluency in Spanish

-Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience living, studying and/or working abroad
-Knowledge about a wide variety countries and cultures

-Knowledge Skills and Abilities

-Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal
-Ability to problem-solve and work independently and in a team
-Knowledge of marketing, branding, social media, and/or web development
-Ability to work with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and other members of the community
-Availability to work some nights and weekends
-Study or teaching abroad experience preferred 
-Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff

-Knowledge of the field of international education, cross-cultural concepts and principles of good practice with regard to academic programs abroad.

-Ability to provide leadership, direction, and management for initiatives and projects, as demonstrated with effective decision-making, organizational, and task-management skills
